Minetta Games ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
This policy applies globally. Residents of certain regions (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, and U.S. states such as California) have additional rights, described in the "Your Rights" section below.
We collect a limited amount of information to operate, improve, secure, and promote our Services. Specifically:
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
We use, or are in the process of enabling, the following third-party services in our Services. Each operates as either a data processor on our behalf or as an independent controller for its own purposes, and each is governed by its own privacy policy:
From time to time we add, replace, or remove advertising and attribution partners (for example, TikTok, Google Ads UAC, IronSource, or Mintegral). A current list of partners is available on request from info@minetta.com.
On iOS, we will only use your IDFA for tracking and personalized advertising if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, our advertising partners will only receive limited, non-tracking data, primarily through Apple's SKAdNetwork.
On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or similar).
You can also opt out of personalized advertising directly with the partners listed above using the methods described in their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following limited circumstances:
Some of our sharing of personal information with advertising and attribution partners may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws such as California's CCPA / CPRA. See "Your Rights" below for how to opt out.
Our Services are operated globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. Where required by law (for example, for transfers out of the EEA, UK, or Canada), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Specifically:
You can request earlier deletion at any time using the methods described in "Your Rights."
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
How to exercise your rights: Email info@minetta.com or visit minetta.com/data-deletion. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days, with one possible extension if the request is complex). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Region-specific notes: Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Residents of Canada have rights under PIPEDA, and residents of Quebec under Law 25. California residents have rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to opt out of sales and sharing of personal information; we do not knowingly process the data of California residents under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) have similar rights.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our Services, please contact us at info@minetta.com.
Where the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction is higher than 13 (for example, 16 in some EU member states), parental consent is required to use the Services.
Data transmitted between our games and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our games may request permission to send you push notifications, access certain device features, or use the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
We may create and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. This data is not personal information and may be used and shared for any purpose, including for analytics, benchmarking, and business reporting.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, an in-game message or a banner on our website). Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact us at info@minetta.com.
